Confirm your travel

If you haven’t done so already, please confirm your travel details. Update your profile in the DELIVER app or simply send your itinerary to your Account Manager, who will take care of the rest. As a Hosted Buyer, you're welcome to book your travel, and we’ll reimburse the cost (up to our travel reimbursement limit). Additionally, we are pleased to offer a complimentary 2-night stay (October 9 & 10) at the 4-star Horseshoe Hotel Las Vegas.

Pre-qualified meetings begin

Learn more about matchmaking here. The first block of 1-2-1 meetings takes place between 10:00am and 12:00pm on Thursday October 10th.

Hotel check in

Your VIP pass includes a complimentary 2-night stay (October 9 & 10) at the 4-star Horseshoe Hotel Las Vegas. If you haven't already done so, use the link found in the web application to book your stay, including any extra nights you will need. Inform your Account Manager about the days you have booked.

Badge collection

Badge collection opens in The Horseshoe Hotel from 3:00pm until 6:00pm on Wednesday October 9th. Getting your badge then will help you beat the queues the following day. Badge collection open again from 8:00am on Thursday October 10th.

Party starts

The exclusive networking party hosted at Drai's opens its doors at 6:00pm on Thursday October 10th. 

Vendor Awards

The DELIVER vendor awards ceremony begins at 07:00 in Drai's.

Party in full swing

The party continues at Drai's.  Drai’s is the Vegas Strip’s only rooftop Beachclub. DELIVER guests have excusive access to Drai's multi-level beach and nightclub: complete with pools, cabanas, bungalows, bars, food, music and entertainment and a view like no other overlooking the fountains of Bellagio.
