Danielle Lafleur
Danielle Lafleur is a retail executive with over 25 years of experience unlocking talent and growth potential while inspiring those around her. She is widely respected for connecting creative to commerce while removing barriers in startups through multi- billion dollar global businesses.
After her extensive tenure leading and building at iconic global brands such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren, Danielle was most recently the GM/President at Bandier, a niche luxury activewear brand during which she led the due diligence and acquisition of competitor Carbon38.
These back to back experiences helped her understand the challenges and more importantly the opportunity of startups and small scaling companies who are tempted to hire a full C-Suite but not yet be able to afford them. In launching DLF Collective, Danielle has assembled an impressive collective of strategic functional experts who can optimize limited resources to accelerate sustainable profitability for her clients.
