I’m a fiercely determined optimist and firmly believe people in business can use their power as a force for good.  My personal purpose in life  is to create space for others and share my energy.

I joined Natura &Co in 2022 as the Global Director of Advocacy where I have fun working with a dream team in both Brazil and UK building, implementing and evolving a strategy focussed on where to take a stand in this moment that matters and how to join forces with others to engage in policy and culture change.  If you want to learn more about what this involves in practice, you can check out this short blog I write with some friends on How To Design a Climate Advocacy Strategy.

In addition to my position at Natura &Co, I ‘m also an Executive in Residence at Oxford University’s Said Business School where I designed and teach the MBA course ‘The Regenerative and Circular Economy: How To Do Business In The Climate Emergency’ - which this year has been renamed ‘Business 2030’  - and co-designed and directed The Oxford Climate Emergency Executive Education Programme.
