Geoffroy Blervaque is a Senior Manager at Square Management; a Paris based consulting firm specialized in strategic management and structural organization. With more than 11 years of experience in Supply Chain and transformation project in the fields of food retail (Carrefour, Intermarché) and catering (Amrest group – Sushishop), Geoffroy developed strong expertise in managing inbound and outbound flows of products in both points of sale (POS) and warehouses. As part of his various missions, Geoffroy also worked on defining lean logistics organizations optimizing the purchasing and distribution processes. Most recently, Geoffroy managed the last-mile delivery growth project for Intermarché ; a leader in the French retail. With Intermarché, Geoffroy contributed in the choice of the DMS solution but mainly manages the organizational change and deployment of the solution in more than 1000 POS ; a great change management and industrialization challenge.
