Across three decades, Joe has built a career focusing on customer experience. He has worked in a range of businesses, from multinationals such as Experian to start-ups, and everything in between. For the past 7 years, Joe has worked at Metapack, a global e-commerce delivery technology company. He has held multi-region Customer Support leadership roles and now heads its Customer Success organization.
