DELIVER's matchmaking platform ensures you meet the right people through:

  • Understanding Business Needs – VIP pass holders share project information with their account managers, enabling the DELIVER team to identify their specific requirements.

  • Expert Matching – Our team, well-versed in the supplier ecosystem, selects the most relevant vendors.

  • Seamless Scheduling – The DELIVER web app, powered by machine learning, generates personalised ‘Best Matches’ and allows attendees to pre-schedule meetings with ease.

What tools are available to manage my event schedule?

DELIVER provides both a web app and a mobile app to enhance your event experience: both platforms ensure you stay informed and make the most of your time at the event.

What can I expect from one-to-one meetings?

Meetings are pre-scheduled based on mutual interest, ensuring productive discussions. They take place in branded, private booths/stands, providing an ideal setting for business engagements. There are also additional opportunities to connect via ‘walk-in meetings’: connections that happen on-site and where both parties agree there is a good value meeting. 

Will there be keynote speakers and content sessions?

Yes, DELIVER hosts inspiring keynotes, panel discussions, and trend-focused sessions featuring industry experts, covering the latest innovations in retail and supply chain.

Logistics & Travel

Where can I find accommodation details?

For VIP attendees, hotel accommodation is included in the hosted pass. For speakers, sponsors and other guests, hotel accommodation is also available subject to the terms of the agreement. Further details will be provided upon confirmation of your registration to the event; with information available to view in the web app.

How do I get to the event venues?

DELIVER events are hosted in well-connected cities. Transport details, venue addresses, and DELIVER-arranged shuttle services (if applicable) will be shared in advance. Information will be made available to you via your account manager, via the DELIVER event websites and via the web and mobile apps. 

Is there a dress code?

Business casual is recommended for daytime meetings and conference sessions. For evening networking events, smart-casual or party-ready attire is suitable.
